The Origins of the Slavs: A Linguist's View

One of the most detailed linguistic analysis  of the problem of Slavic Origins. Golab undertook to peel away the layers of linguistic contacts between the Slavs (and proto Slavs) and their neighbors and to trace back the origins of proto Slavic to 1000 BC, during the later part of the Bronze Age.
